Happy Friendsgiving!

We're excited to invite you to our free Friendsgiving Potluck at the Granville Center for the Arts this Thanksgiving, November 28, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Last year, many of our volunteers—being transplants to Ohio without family nearby—came together to start this new tradition, and it was such an incredible experience that we knew we had to do it again! In 2023, we shared the holiday with over 100 amazing people from our community, and this year, we're hoping to welcome even more friends to the table.

Our co-founders, Ryan McGuire and Kim Keethler-Ball, and their families are roasting dueling turkeys (yes, it’s a friendly competition!), whipping up some sides, and baking cookies. We’ve also got some incredible food and drinks donated by RayRays BBQ, Granville Bread Co/Station, Bella’s Beans, One Love Cafe & Bike Shop, and Homestead Brewery.

We ask that you bring a dish to share—something you love or that reminds you of the holidays. It doesn’t have to be fancy; it’s all about adding a little piece of you to the table. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem. Just bring yourself!

Beyond the food, we’ll have games, crafts, and plenty of space for laughter, conversation, and connection. Friendsgiving is our gift to the community: a warm, open invitation to come together, share stories, and create new friendships.
